Established in 2011 with a 100 year old recipe,
the rest is our history!

Campbells Fudge is owned and run by husband and wife team, Jayne & Stephen Edge. Together with the help of a dedicated few, we produce copious amounts of fantastic confectionery for you to enjoy.

We are a company that prides itself in producing the highest quality award winning confectionery. Made using the finest ingredients and traditional cooking methods in a purpose built carbon neutral production unit, located on our farm along the banks of the river Tweed in the Scottish Borders.

The family recipes we use for our Fudge & Tablet are around 100 years old, they have been adapted slightly from the original to allow us to produce products with a modern shelf life with no additional additives or preservatives. 

All our confectionery is handmade, Gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and uses water from our own natural spring which adds to taste of the finished product. With all this care and attention you can be assured of the very best quality at all times.
