Campbells Fudge Ltd is owned and run by Husband & Wife Stephen & Jayne Edge, Jayne was the Campbell until she became Mrs Edge over 20 years ago, together with the help of a dedicated few we produce copious amounts of tasty confectionery for you to enjoy.
We are a company who pride ourselves in producing the highest quality award winning confectionery. Made using the finest of ingredients and traditional cooking methods in a purpose built carbon neutral production unit, on our farm along the banks of the river Tweed in the Scottish Borders.
The family recipes we use are around 100 years old, they have been adjusted slightly from the original to allow us to produce products with a modern shelf life. The ingredients we use allow us to cook the mixtures so that we can produce our Tablet & Fudge with a wonderful rich colour & depth of caramel flavour, we then add our natural & exotic flavourings for you to savour and enjoy.
All our confectionery is handmade, free from artificial additives, flavours, preservatives, is gluten free & suitable for vegetarians. It contains water from our own natural spring, this makes a difference to the taste of the finished products. With all this care and attention you can be assured of the very best quality at all times.
You can find our confectionery at locations across Scotland and selected outlets across the rest of the UK. We don’t supply supermarkets preferring instead to work with the smaller retailer, specialist Deli’s & Food Halls, we also supply notable tourist locations & attractions, restaurants and hotels across the UK.
Export is a growing side to our business, we are currently available in selected outlets in North America & Canada
