This ancient Scottish Confection has been around for generations and was traditionally made with mashed potato and icing sugar! Sadly the shelf life of such a mixture doesn't last beyond a few days, so our Macaroon is made with delicious vanilla fondant and dipped in our rich Dark Belgian Chocolate and rolled in toasted coconut.
